Anniversaries are an occasion for looking back, and if you’re lucky, celebrating all of the milestones along the path that got you where you are today.
At Budget Uniform, we’re feeling very lucky this year, because we’re not just celebrating 60 years of being in business, we’re also celebrating 60 years in the role of helping so many other Southern California businesses succeed.
We’ve had a front row seat to the growth and success of some of the hardest working industries in the area, including some of the most important ones as well.
Our success is a direct result of the degree to which we’ve been able to contribute to their success, which is a big part of what makes this milestone so rewarding.
Customer Service Runs in Our Family
The fact that so many of our clients are also family businesses is the icing on the anniversary cake. Like us, they’ve got more at stake than the health of their balance sheet; they go to work every day with a family legacy to continue and a reputation to uphold.
We’ve got three generations behind our success and while much has changed over the decades, the commitment to our customers’ success has not. Our founder could not have imagined some of the technological improvements we’ve made, but he would surely recognize the customer service philosophy behind his CEO grandson’s practice of giving clients his cell phone number and riding routes along with his route service reps. A 1963 trade publication profile describes Saul as “rolling a good deal of the week” along with his route representatives as well.
We look forward to another 60 year of working to ensure that our clients can grow their businesses without having to worry about their work uniform program. That’s our job and it’s an honor to do it. Our clients are some of the hardest working people in Southern California and it has been a privilege watching them succeed. Here are a few key milestones we’ve celebrated along the way.
